I have had to replace 3 windshields in the past year and have gone to many different places to get this done. I recently had my windshield replaced on my truck here and will continue to go here for any glass repairs that I might need. They are priced better than others and very easy to get an appointment. I waited there while they replaced the glass and was out in no time! I would recommend this place over everyone else in the area!

Wow!!! What a great experience! The lovely bi/lingual Nancy helped me out with my appointment and was so nice! Oscar had me in and out in less than an hour. It was 40% less than competitors bids. They even washed all of my windows. Thrilled with this place. Would give a 6th star if it was available!

HIGHLY recommend!!! Lived in Asheville all my life and I can speak to the amazing customer service, quality of work and timely fashion it was completed. These folks were patient with me and were so kind while I waited for work to be done. They removed and completely replaced my shattered windshield on my Toyota SUV in less than an hour! I had the best experience and the quality of work is stellar as well. The price was super affordable!! If you need glasswork done please seek these folks out as they will take the best care of you and your vehicle incredibly quickly!! Thank you guys for everything!!

On a trip from out of town we sustained a large crack in our windshield causing it to Need to be replaced before an 8 hour trip home. I called Apple and not only did they have the windshield I needed for an express van, they were able to get me in immediately. A few hours later we are back on the road safely! I am so grateful for them and their awesome work and customer service!

Safelite was not sure they would be able to source a rear window for my 2001 Outback and suggested I check around. On my way home I stopped by Apple Auto Glass and it turned out they had a used rear window for my car. Very pleased with the replacement and at less than half the cost at Safelite if they had been able to source the window. I highly recommend Apple Auto Glass based on my experience.

I recently had my windshield replaced at Apple Auto Glass. They were quick to get me a quote and set an appointment. I was in and out in about an hour and some change, and staff was friendly. I have a well maintained 2014 Ram 2500, slightly taller than stock, no lift. I did notice scuffs in my paint on the passenger side and also my hood where more than likely my wipers were raised and then the hood was put up and made some contact. If my truck was newer, I'd probably make it a bigger deal, but I was disappointed in the lack of step ladders or necessary equipment to avoid contact with my vehicle while installing. My rear view mirror is loose now as well, and vibrates at speed, and annoyance that was not present prior to replacement. I'd recommend taking older vehicles for sure, but I wouldn't recommend newer cars/trucks where these things might be more important to the owner.
