I placed a online parts order on 4/01/25. I received a email two days later informing me two of the parts were not be available for two weeks. They wanted to know if I wanted to wait two weeks to ship the other parts. You would think that when you or ordering the parts it would inform you if these parts are not available. It took three or four emails and a week to finally get the parts from Columbia SC to Rock hill SC. It pretty bad the parts person can't pick the phone up and call. Instead they prefer emailing. If I ever place another online order with them I will be sure to speak with someone other than Todd Peterson absolutely now customer service ability in his body. I have ordered from this dealership multiple times but this time was a complete failure. Received the package at 6 o'clock on 4/07/25. I of the gaskets bags had been torn open and just put in the box. I don't know if the part had been sold and then return. Are if the part is bad. You wait a week for parts and this is what you get. I hope someone sees this review in management and realizes that good customer service goes a long way.

Worked with Angel, and he was very thoughtful. He ended up making the whole experience of purchasing a vehicle fun for my family. Angel put a bow on top of the vehicle and put it on display for us. 5/5 stars!

I ordered parts for 2017 Highlander and Brain and the the rest of the guys are true professionals. Couple of the parts were not in stock but they ordered them and were at the dealership the next day. I have used Jim Hudson several times and will continue to. I would highly recommend this parts department.

Terrible sales department I'm 26 years old and had to get everything renewed for license in this state so they require me to carry a permit first with no restrictions besides that I have to wear glasses while driving and they tell me I can't take the vehicle I was looking at on a test drive because I have a bp,thats the craziest thing I've heard. I haven't had this problem at any other dealership I've looked at for cars. This blows my mind. I will not be back here..
