Originally gave 5 star review, but rescinding it and placing 1 star review for the reasons listed below. The crew did not wipe up spilled coolant after topping off, and when I got home it dripped on my driveway and gave me the impression there was a coolant leak. I had to get under the vehicle in zero degree temperatures to wipe up the spilled coolant on the radiator, hoses, and frame of the vehicle. I had to get under the vehicle each time I stopped somewhere today to check and make sure there was no leak. In addition, the owners manual and oil filler cap state that 5W-20 oil is recommended, but according to the receipt they gave me, they put in 5W-30 oil. Also, when I checked the oil this morning it was not up to the full mark. Customer relations was very good, but the actual oil change job itself was not good. For as many times as I had to get under the vehicle today to check for leaks, I should have just changed my own oil. Addendum to my initial review. Mr Vang, manager of Jiffy Lube called me and offered to give me another oil change for free, but I told him at that point, all I wanted was my money back. To my surprise, he said he would be willing to do that. He said it would take several days for the funds to be deposited into my account. He was as good as his word, and I got my money back several days later. Even though the job they did was not good, Jiffy Lube did the right thing and gave me my money back. Great customer relations, they just have to insure they do a better job in the future, so they don’t end up in this situation with other customers.

My hood wouldn’t open because the latch for it is broken. The guys at this place were so kind and helpful in getting it open. 10 out of 10 would recommend going there if you live around the Maplewood area. Thanks so much for your hard work. Would be going there for all of my oil changes.
