Jiffy Lube Multicare

Walked in at 9:40am for a quick oil change and that’s exactly what I got. I was met with a kind and friendly welcome and was notified of all the things they needed to change or not change. Customer service was great, Patrick communicated very well and I was out of there by 10:15am. Great clean location and excellent customer care!

The Gentleman at this location treat me with respect and remember my name! Every member of the staff helped me get my Lady back on the road today! Even went beyond to make sure she was sound, literally! Personally, I enjoy the experience when I have to do something to ensure my Lady is well. And those guys always do me right! They deserve a raise!

10K oil change service and overall vehicle inspection was done in a professional manner and was timely. Technicians working on my car consulted me on items that they though needed to be done - showed me the really dirty air filter - before undertaking the work. Will definitely come back to them for all my car care.

The team was great, very professional and very fast! Took in our VW for a brake inspection, and as I suspected the rears needed to be replaced. They pulled the car straight into the bay and immediately went to work. Everything was in stock and the turn around time was fast. The lobby was very clean as well as the restroom. The staff was very polite and proactive. Thanks JiffyLube and your team!

The service I received was awesome! My battery was dead. The assistant manager came out to my home and jump started it. When I got to the Jiffy Lube on Ridgecrest they were waiting for me to put in a new one. They had the new battery in within 15 minutes and I was on my way. The price was very affordable. Thank you again to everyone that provided such excellent service!

I got there at 9:30am and I thought it was nice of them to say we don't have a full employee count until 11. It'll be 2 hours if you stay but if you come back at 11 it shouldn't be long... Only needed an oil change and it too almost 2.5 hrs. They didn't even bring my car into the bay for over an hour.

Greetings, I'm not very happy with today's service on Rio Rancho NM off NM 528. My glove compartment and especially the passenger seat was extremely dirty with what appears to be oil or a black dirt substance which I was unable to clean off from the seat, from the replacement of the cabin filter. In addition the glove compartment contents were thrown on the floor board and not put back in the glove compartment! Very unprofessional service with no attention to detail! 😕
