Caliber Collision

Very untrustworthy and their business practices are questionable. This auto body repair shop misquoted me even though I disclosed the previous Bondo work, they still pretended not to know about. I'm sure it's a common business practice amongst these kind of shops, in order to extort more money from insurance companies. Its frustrating to me, they never repair my vehicle, after several days of holding it, wasting my time and money. But what take the cake, is when I finally picked up the vehicle they used HARD WATER to wash it off, leaving mineral deposit stains all over the vehicle. I would not trust these people. They seem very unethical and pretend to be ignorant about their own work, when convenient. Any body shop in New Mexico using hard water to wash your vehicle is either trying to ruin your paint job or they are just terrible at what they do. I will also be launching a complaint against this business with my insurance as well.

This place has excellent customer service and their quality of work is excellent. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Rio Rancho if you are looking to get body work and/or paint work done on your vehicle. Kristian was especially helpful through the whole process. He shows that he truly cares and takes pride in his work. Also, my vehicle looked great when I got it. You couldn't tell anything had happened. It really shows the level of commitment and quality of work from their whole staff and techs. Thank you very much 🙏

Came to NM from out of state. Needed to get a small mishap fixed on my truck. These guys were so nice and willing to take my vehicle right away. Great service and they did a great job fixing the area that needed attention. I would highly recommend them.

I had a simple problem: A tab on my truck frame needed to be pounded down so I could mount a bracket. They took time out of their busy day to take care of me quickly and at no cost - I hope to never need their repair services, but if I do, they have earned a customer. Thank you David and Daniel!

Wow! My car was left looking like new! I’m so happy with the service I received! My service advisor Jennifer and the office manager Jessica went above & beyond to keep me informed about the status of my car and made me feel important as their customer! The pictures speak for themselves ! I am telling my whole family to use this location !

They made my repair process as seamless as possible. Brooke and James were both really communicative and friendly, and my car was ready way sooner than estimated. I got it back nice and pretty. Thank you guys for fixing up my baby :)

My experience with caliber collision was top tier! Christian and Brooke went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle back in a timely manner. They handled my situation beyond a normal business expectation! They provided exceptional customer service that can be hard to come across! Kristian was fantastic, a real gem. He has the best customer service skills of anyone at any company I have encountered in a very long time. Friendly, professional, kept me informed every step of the way. The car was repaired perfectly and ahead of the promised date. I was super impressed with the detailed car wash too - my car hasn't been that clean in a long time, haha. Will definitely use Caliber again if I ever have the need!
