Came in for a tires, the service was unbelievable. He offered me different tire options and brands. He ensured they had the lowest prices. Izzy was very knowledgeable and a great help, he offered me other maintenance services to help my car stay running forever.

Brought my 2005 Ford Expedition to Rocky and the guys. I've put so much time and money into this vehicle and still could not figure out why it was running so lean. It would lose power after going 70mph. I changed all parts related to these issues. I was referred by a friend/mechanic that American Tire and Service was hands down the best in NM. And he was right. After dropping off the vehicle to them. They updated me and stayed in contact and assured me that they would figure this out. After a week and a couple days they got to the issue. I was expecting a pricey bill. And to my surprise it was reasonable considering how much time they spent on fixing my car. I'll recommend Rocky and Alex and the rest of the guys to take care of you and your vehicle.They are honest and you can trust this business. I'm thankful for all the work they did to get my vehicle running.

Very happy with the service that I received on my 66 Buick. Chad and the crew patiently helped me through some complex and rare components. With help sourcing parts to custom installations, they were professional through and through. I will continue to come here with any of my vehicles needs.

Was near American Tire when tire pressure warning went off just a week after topping air. Stopped in knowing they would be busy but they fit me in for a check and found and repaired a nail. No charge since I had bought the tires there and in and out within an hour. Friendly and great service.

I had an oil leak due to an issue with the big franchise who changed my oil. Rocky and his team were able to figure out what happened. Get me in and out take care of me with the most professional and kind attitude. and no extra cost they ran other diagnostics on my car so then I know the condition of my brakes and tires so I was very impressed and very pleased with my service and certainly will go back and recommend them to others. It’s nice to have some one that is fair, honest and professional.

I wanted to give a big Thank You to David for his integrity as an honest and forthcoming mechanic. He could easily have had us back in the shop spending 1000's to diagnose our car, only to still not be able to fix the multitude of issues with our vehicle. He was able to explain to us the futility of throwing away even more money than we have, especially as we did with the dealership, with no results. I really appreciate his honesty and ability to clearly explain our situation. We recommend them for your future needs as we will certainly be back for maintenance with our new vehicle as with our other cars. Thanks David, truly.

Very friendly fast and efficient service. Was on a trip and had a blow out. They were able to get me in first thing in the morning and put new tires and alignment for me, without an appointment. Rich at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Rocky and his team got my business several years ago when another shop started yanking me around; and they've kept it ever since. Great customer service is just the start. Everyone I've talked with has been knowledgeable and professional, never talking down to me or trying to upsell me. After an inspection (part of the oil change service), they let me know if it looks like some other service or repair might be needed soon. And best of all, they do great work at a fair price. The waiting area is clean and quiet (no TV or radio blaring), with a water fountain and restroom close by. I actually don't mind waiting during an oil change; it's a nice place to sit and read or think. I highly recommend this shop.
