Everyone who worked with me was great, they took their time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable before moving forward. I felt comfortable waiting in the lobby while they serviced my car and I was in and out! I’m very happy I chose that location.

Quick and polite. However, service checklist shows that interior vacuuming and washing of exterior windows have been completed. They weren’t. Makes me wonder if they completed other services listed that I cannot see. Hmm…

I have been getting oil changes at jiffy lube for many years, and every time I do, it’s a good experience. I keep coming back because they are always very friendly, knowledgeable and have great customer service! No matter which location I go to, it’s always the same great service! I appreciate the good work they do too! Plus the free popcorn and soda is a bonus lol

They were great! Got me in for an emissions test within ten minutes of my arrival, the. The test was super fast and I was able to go get license plates!!

Poor customer service. Low standards, they Do Not provide all services that they claim are Included with the oil change service. Also, I was Not given the type of oil that I requested. I specifically wanted that specific weight because my vehicle needs that viscosity. They assumed that I wouldn't notice, I DID. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time.

Service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. I don’t love going to places like this as a single woman, but Derek knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable about the services that I needed. The oil change and tire rotation were done so quickly and I saw them going above and beyond for other customers while I waited. I could not recommend more and I will actually be going out of my way to return to this location.

The work done was great and fast. The team was on it and I feel good about that, but the three pack discount I purchased online comes with hidden fees that are packaged under sales tax and they are quite a bit more than sales tax. This is very shady and if I am not mistaken it borders on illegal. Not a good look for a national franchise serving the public.

I’ve gone to this location a few times now to get my oil change done. Everyone is always so friendly. Derek is very helpful at the front desk and very genuine. I️ never feel like he is trying to sale additional and unnecessary things. He is very straight forward with what the car needs and when/what they recommend. Customer service is great and they are speedy!

I truly received excellent service from the moment I entered the facility. The Manger very friendly and most helpful. He described what my car needed and offered options. The windows of my car were cleaned! I Loved the service! Thank you

All employees were extremely nice and helpful.Price was right and I even had a coupon. Because of their being so nice I even got my tail light fixed that I had forgot about.They helped get Jiffy lube two new customers. Thanks guys.
