Jiffy Lube Multicare

Avoid this jiffy lube. I brought my Subaru in on 11/11 to get the oil changed. They said my oil pan was leaking and showed me the leak, so i paid $400 for them to replace it with the oil change. When it was being serviced, their new guy pulled my car out thinking it was done with no filters in it, I didn’t think anything of it at the time but, turns out they decided not to put my oil cap back on (you’d think this is common sense considering they do this everyday) putting me and the car at enormous risk. Oil is all over my battery, engine and everything. I typically trust that these techs can do their job, so I didn’t think to check under my hood to make sure they completed the service correctly, aren’t they professionals? I’m appalled at the complete lack of common sense demonstrated by this location. I called and said it needed to be made right and was given attitude over the phone and attitude again when I arrived. When I arrived they did fill the oil, put a cap on, and cleaned everything under the hood. So it was made right. Regardless, There are better places to get your oil changed where you’ll actually be taken care of by real professionals.

Saint has great customer service skills. He was very accommodating regarding the two dogs I had with me, as well as turning on the heater at my request and turning off the television at my request. Diego was very welcoming and paid extra attention to the two dogs that were with me. I was only there for 2.5 hours (versus the "leave your car here all day" at another car service business) which was not an issue as Starbucks, Ace, Clark's Pet Emporium and Sprouts are all in walking distance. The cost was also half of what I was quoted elsewhere. All this to write...I recommend Jiffy Lube Multicare on Lomas in Albuquerque!

My car needed some serious work done and everyone at this location really helped me out. My mechanics name was Saint and he came up with a game plan for my car, gave me quotes for what I needed and prioritized what I needed to get done first. They communicated with me through out the entire process ensuring I was okay with everything being done. Definitely will be coming back to get the rest of my suggested work done. The entire staff so was kind and helpful. Thanks guys!

Good service but on a cold winter day, for an hour and a half, I froze my butt off in their unheated lobby. Their one small HVAC unit looked broken down and unused. Get some heat!

Although i live by other Jiffy Lubes i will always go to the Lomas location. I have NEVER had a bad experience there, the employees are always so respectful, and are always looking out for my best interest. The free popcorn & sodas are always a great treat too! I am NEVER pressured to get extra services done and am always helped to find discounts on the company website! I will never go elsewhere as long as the store is open!

Been coming here for years. They get the job done in a timely manner, and do great! The free foundation drinks and popcorn is an added bonus. Saint is always very helpful!

These nice fellas always take really good care of our wheels and the price is always fair, repairs are quick and thorough. We do more than just oil change so we take care of a few things each time, and they know their stuff. It's where we do our maintenance and we're never disappointed! The free 💦 and 🍿 in the office is a big + !

The whole experience was great. Got checked in without any problems and was shown where the waiting area was with the drinks and snacks. Personally showed me my air filters and recommended I change one of them, which I did. Diego was very thorough. Price was a little higher than I’m used to but it was worth it and they were so much better than the usual place I go to. Way faster too.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! The service advisor Diego and the technician Prospero were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need. My brake fluid exchange was done quickly, and they even checked my fluids and tire pressure at no extra charge. It’s clear they care about their customers and doing a thorough job. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next service. Highly recommend!
