I came in to to wonderful place which was highly recommended to me for a quick fix on my car. The Manager Nathaniel Martinez was great with wonderful customer service, very nice and explained everything. Another stellar stand out was the Manager Christopher Reyes who was also great with customer service and advice/ recommendations. When I got my car the windows were cleaned and my car was nicely vacuumed! I would wholeheartedly recommend this gem Jiffy Lube.

Recently I had my brakes done front and back on my 2019 Honda CRV. I had a grinding noise in the rear and brought my car back in to be inspected. They found a problem and brought me right into the shop and repaired my car. I was very happy with the result. Jiffy Lube has some knowledgeable employees that really seem to care. I've been to other shops who really just seem to care about how much money they're going to make from you.

Zack and the team were fantastic! We needed an oil change before the holiday travels, and they went above and beyond, also taking care of our brakes and giving us a full fuel system check. Despite it being Christmas Eve, we never felt rushed— the customer service was exceptional! We’ll definitely be returning for future oil changes and brake services. Highly recommend!

My service yesterday at the Lube was fantastic. The manager on site genuinely displayed care and a desire for answers to my previous displeasure. The entire staff were friendly, thorough, and distributed long lost customer service of cleaning the windows and vacuuming the floors. A much appreciated service which makes for a stand out, comeback.

I had several services to my car. Oil change, break flush, changed several filters. My mechanic was very thoughtful and helpful, even got a $30.00 coupon for the oil change. I am very happy with my service. I have been going there for over 20 years and I'm very happy with my service. Thank you.

Nice enough staff, but took almost an hour for a basic oil change. There were only 2 customers ahead of me and one finished soon after I got there, so not sure why it was 45+ minutes later for my vehicle. Very inconvenient when expecting 20ish minutes TOPS for an oil change.

This is my favorite Jiffy Libe location. Zack and his team always takes care of my beloved car in a professional, economical and efficient manner. I was in and out during my lunch break. No hard sell on any products or services and only sincere concern for my vehicle maintenance. I will keep coming back to this location and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a high quality professional oil change or maintenance service.

I'm on a cross country road trip and my oil notification came on. I spent a while looking through ABQ local oil changer reviews and was frightened. When I found this shop I saw Zachary posted all over them with rave reviews and knew I had to stop by. My truck ended up needing new rotors and brakes which was a surprise that made the trip a bit more expensive. Thankfully Zachary was there to give me advice, recommend me good solutions and even an awesome place nearby to grab lunch! My day would have been a lot different if I didn't stop by this location and I'm super thankful I did. Having never been to the area I didn't know what to expect, and the hospitality and positivity from the people I met really made my day. Thanks again guys!
