I was in and out and the staff was all very attentive and efficient. I got my synthetic oil change and they checked all the other stuff and said I didn’t need my tires rotated after all- saving me a little dough by being honest. Well done Paso Jiffy Lube! Will definitely recommend 👍

Probably won’t be back. They told me 30 minutes and yes, my car was done in that time, but they seemed to forget I was there and my car just sat outside the bay. I assumed they’d tell me it was done, I wasn’t sure if they had to do anything else to it so I waited. My car sat outside the bay another 30 minutes then they moved it to the end of the driveway where it sat another 15 before I got someone’s attention to see if I could finally leave. That was 45 extra minutes. They did give me $20 off because of the wait so that was something. They also put on my receipt that they vacuumed the floors in the front (which they didn’t) and washed my windows (which they didn’t). It just made me worry about what else they said they did but actually didn’t do.

The service itself was good and I will continue to go there. However they got in my car with oily boots and left oil stains on my floor mats and when I called to report it all they said is we will do better next time. Not only that, but I wrote you guys and told you and nobody has responded in a week.

I’ve been coming to this specific location for about 25 years and have always had great service. The manager Jose is totally there and knowledgeable. I’m not sure what goes on at other Jiffy Lubes but I highly recommend this particular shop. John Gregg Paso Robles, Ca.

The folks at this location were awesome. Had some tire work done. They're quick and professional and the waiting room is pleasant and accommodating. If I didn't do my most of my own services on my car I would definitely take it here to have it done.

Needed an inspection of my car so I called Juffy Lube and they told me to come in. When I arrived I was told they were short-handed but would get to my inspection as soon as they could. They took my information, and although it took a while to complete the inspection, the waiting room was pleasant and the staff very accommodating. Plus, they gave me a fair price and did not try to up-sell me on any services Indidn’t need.

The last three times we have taken our vehicle in there they cannot seem to get the mileage right in the system. Literally the last time they had us coming back in another hundred thousand miles. I have had to call several times to have them make it right in the system due to our warranty. Which all of our oil changes have to be accurate and on time and them constantly putting down the wrong mileage could be an issue if we need to use our warranty. Unfortunately, moving forward, we will not be using them due to this issue that they cannot seem to correct It is a convenient location to use, but we are going to have to move forward with quality than convenience.
