If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, and I HIGHLY recommend them. I took my 2019 traverse there because after I got it back from the dealership I kept feeling the same issues when I took it into the dealer, a shudder, not shifting smooth and then also developed a leak and a horrible noise after getting it from the dealer. I dropped my car off and within 48 hours they got back to me and said that the transmission fluid has metal in it and needs replaced. Nina called my warranty company and got the transmission covered, they got the transmission within maybe a week (when the dealer told me that if the transmission needed replaced that they couldn't get one for like 3 months) then they confirmed that I also needed a transfer case, they called the warranty place and got that covered also. They got the transfer case within a few days and had it in the car, flushed the fluids and called me to come get the car. Total time they had it from the time it was dropped off to the time I picked it up, was maybe 2-3 weeks, that is also working with warranty and getting parts that seem to be hard to get to everyone else. I am not sure if there are enough nice things to say about Jerry's. Every person there is great. Nina is who I spoke with the most and I felt knew more than most of the mechanics at a dealership, made sure I knew what was going on, even if it was waiting on an answer from warranty, they kept in touch. If I had a question they answered it. I like the fact that even though warranty paid for the repairs, they still gave me an invoice of what was paid, what was done, the warranty that the transmission and transfer case have on them. I have now had my car back for a little while and drives great, I don't feel any issues I felt before taking it in, nothing is leaking like it was was when I got it from the dealer.

I’ve been using the services at Jerry’s since Jerry was there. To this day, Jerry’s sons and their team continue to carry on the legacy and provide excellent service. They take extra time to educate their customers, you just have to listen. Whenever I have transmission issues, I think of Jerry’s. It’s nice to have such a reliable transmission shop right here in Milford. Also, Nina is WAY better to talk to than Wayne ever was. I highly recommend Jerry’s Transmission.

We Got Our 2014 Ford Fusion Serviced Here. We Ended Up Needing A New Transmission. Once The Parts Were Delivered It Only Took Them 3 Days To Get The New Transmission Installed . We Just Had Our 1,000 Mile Check And Everything Is Running Perfect! 10/10 Recommend They’re Very Honest & Good At What They Do ! :)
