Incompetence and lies. I had an appointment set weeks in advance to have a business vehicle repaired here and the shop never ordered my parts and then lied to my insurance stating that I said I will take my car back to CO for repairs which was a complete lie. If you value your time and money don’t even think about talking to Brian at the collision center, he is incompetent and will lie to get out of fixing your car when he screws up. 1 star is way to many for this shop avoid at all costs

Hit a deer Christmas Eve, progressive set me up with this shop. When I got there Bryan was impersonal, from the first step in to the last one out he didn't make any eye contact. I needed my car to drive to work and commute but the shop demanded that it sit in their lot until the parts arrived. They said it wasn't worth their time to take my bumper off and put it back on (about an hours worth extra). They basically called me cheap for not having rental car coverage on my insurance policy. Even progressive was shocked by how the shop handled my situation. Rude. Impersonal. Unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I bought my truck here 5 months ago. Hit a deer a few weeks ago. My insurance company suggested one of their repair shops. I'm glad I decided not to listen. I Called Castrucci Collision Center and ordered my parts over the holidays. They had my truck finished within 2 days of dropping off. Great service and great finished results.
