Spencer followed up with me several times, keeping me posted on the status of my tire order. He was top notch, very professional and knowledgeable. Once the tires arrived at his store, they worked with me and my schedule to get me in quickly as possible. I had a custom set of wheels that they mounted the tires on, they were very careful to not damage the wheels, and then mounted them on my Jeep. These guys were great, we appreciated the care, the knowledge and experience they have. Would highly recommend and will return in the future! Thanks guys!

Great customer service. For my most recent appointment - they started working on my vehicle as soon as I arrived for my appointment, and the work was completed quickly. The problem with my tire was not repairable, and there was no charge despite the time and effort needed to identify the problem. Additionally, they did a complimentary vehicle inspection and found an issue that I was not aware of - my 3rd brake light was not working.

I recently visited Firestone Auto Care to have a nail removed and my tire patched. The technician assured me that the tire was repairable, so I left it with them. Initially, they told me the service would take 20-30 minutes. However, after waiting an hour and checking in, I was informed that they were short-staffed and that the repair wouldn’t be completed until closing time—an understandable delay. About 35 minutes later, the store manager, Jose, called me and informed me that while removing the tire from the wheel, the sidewall had been completely shredded. He then casually stated, “This happens more often than you think. Our machine is rated for 700 PSI, so this happens all the time.” Instead of taking responsibility, he offered two options: either I order a replacement tire myself and Firestone would reimburse me in three months, or they could order a different tire that would arrive in two days. Since my car has all-wheel drive with a limited-slip differential, I couldn’t risk running mismatched tires, as it could damage my drivetrain. So, I opted to order the new tires myself and called Firestone to confirm they would honor the reimbursement. At that point, Jose became extremely frustrated and denied ever offering to reimburse me. He then said, “If you went ahead and ordered the tires, you can go through the road hazard warranty on your own.” However, last I checked, the warranty does not cover sidewall damage caused by Firestone’s own technician. Instead, Firestone destroyed my tire while removing it from the wheel and refused to take accountability. The following day, after experiencing rude and unprofessional behavior from Jose once again, I filed a complaint with Firestone’s corporate customer support. The representative I spoke with even admitted that he had never heard of a tire being shredded during removal. Shortly after filing my complaint, Jose spam-called me three times. When I finally picked up, he said, “Hey man, I heard you reached out to customer support. Just so you know, we don’t have regional managers, so I’m not going to order the tires for you anymore.” This experience was beyond frustrating and unacceptable. If this is how Firestone’s employees and store managers handle major issues, I have no intention of ever returning to any Firestone Auto Care location. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is absolutely ridiculous.

I walked in to get a brake inspection, my car felt like a running rumble strip when I touched the brake pedal. I was told of what all my car needed, but not told I had to have it done. They even told me what was wrong from someone previously working on it. They weren't trying to get anything extra out of me, other than what was necessary to keep my vehicle running smoothly and safely. They performed what needed to be done in a very timely manner, gave me a print out of what else needs to be done in the future and now my car runs and stops like new. Very happy with the choice I made to take it into Firestone. I will for sure make them my one stop for repairs on my vehicle from now on.

Milford Firestone always takes care of me! I hit a pothole and needed immediate help. The management there ensured I was taken care of as soon as I had the car towed there. Made sure I had money off the tire due to roadside warranty. They always go above and beyond!
