Purchased a used Ford F150 for my son from salesman Alberto Guzman. He communicated well and was great to deal with. The used Ford truck had an issue on the test drive. We reached an agreement with his manager to have it checked out. Even though the truck was as is and out of warranty the dealership fixed the problem at no charge. Paperwork was done quickly and no high pressure selling for add on's. Would definitely call Alberto and recommend this dealership.

Never personally stepped foot in this shop considering I live in Michigan, but my mother who uses your shop brought her vehicle in for service and was told she needed an air filter but cabin air filter looked clean. My mother then drove to Michigan and I changed the air filter and pulled her cabin air filter just in case. It was still factory from 2016 so all these years of serviceing her vehicle it never was changed. Makes me wonder what else they say they are doing and not touching.

Horrible service!! I had dropped my vehicle the night before my 10am appointment and had not heard from them all day. I called several times and did not get an answer. I went in to check the status of my vehicle and they could not locate my appointment. The lady took me inside to Mike and he couldn’t find it either. He finally found Jim and his excuse was it’s a Monday and we didn’t have time to look at your vehicle. He said to bring it back and they will take a look at it. I asked if I needed another appointment and he said no. So in the beginning I needed an appointment just to run diagnostic codes, made an appointment and still didn’t get it done. Almost $200 later and a day after my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT I am told transmission and engine issues.
