Stay away from this body shop. They lie about their work and they cover up mistakes they hope that you will not look for any mistakes. Try talking to the main manager. Dwight, and he just turned his back on me because I was a little angry, the way of the situation. Had me there for hour and a half to readjust, my front bumper and still has to order replacement parts that they messed up. Put it on the bumper. Call me in to readjust front bumper, but parts are still messed up. Why have me in there 2 × first time hour and a 1/2 second time still undetermined?

Placed trust in their Body Collision Shop from accident repairs of over $7000. Only to discover the new wheels they installed was damaged and leaking air. Photo below clearly show new wheels and no road damage and leaking air bubbles from wheel not tire. Was told would take over a week to get wheel and there are not paying for rental due to new faulty parts. Their manager from that department would not return my phone call and when I called back after said lunch time. He had his employees relay and would not take the call. Will be calling their GM Larry upon his return to office to see if he will accept my call and address this matter. If no response will move this further up the legal process.

Patrick, Tyler, and Aaysia are exceptional! Aaysia set up my appt and got things ready for my car, Tyler is working with making sure my car is taken care of, and Patrick helped me with transportation to and from Enterprise! There’s no other customer service like Jenkins and Wynne. They’re the best! Thank you again for a great experience! Can’t wait to see my car after the damages are fixed! 😊

Had a very good experience with this body shop for tailgate damage. Patrick stayed in communication with me the whole time. My insurance was dragging their feet and he stayed on top of them so he could get me my truck before a big trip. I really appreciate them.

Beware, stay away from this collision shop!!! I am an active duty and my 4runner is in their shop for almost 4 months. Communication on the phone with the representative and the shop technician was never on the same page. I yes lets not even begin with their automated txt messages that are completely a pos. To further more whoever did the quality test and assurance on my vehicle is probably a jiffy lube mechanic see photos & quick clip for the poor job they have done. This shop must get shut down quick.
