Took our youngest daughter 20 year old to buy her very first brand new car. From the time my husband starting talking with them they were great and when we got there they were amazing with our daughter. They took extra time to make sure she understood everything, then before we left our sales man Daniel went over everything in her car and walked her through setting it all up. I had the pleasure of working with Paul this visit! Very friendly, ambitious to get needs met and vehicle back to me in a timely manor! Honestly, I am at the dealer quite a bit and have had the pleasure of getting to know all the advisors: Tabitha, Sierra, Jensen, Scott and Paul! They are all so wonderful, have so much information to offer, want to do right for the customers! They have very knowledgeable technicians, and parts department at well! Honestly , I was unhappy with my visit today. I had a 10:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. It was about 12:30 when I got out of there. Two hours for an oil change with an appointment is a bit ridiculous, what exactly am I paying a premium price for? Not to mention paying $56 for a single engine air filter to be changed…I am seriously considering seeking alternative arrangements for future oil changes and car maintenance. I will wait until I am not annoyed and put off from the excessive wait before I decide anything. On the positive side, my service tech Paul was nice, friendly, and respectful. No complaints with him, he did a good job and even went back and helped pull tires off of my car to help the rotation go faster. I was impressed with his effort. I heard other customers complain about the wait as well while I stood around waiting for my vehicle to be finished. It would appear as is management failed to schedule enough workers to accommodate the anticipated appointments in a timely manner, not the workers fault.
