This trip was for two minor recalls and an oil change. Setting the appointment was easy with plenty of openings to choose from and easy process to follow. The estimated time was right on and I was out the door in less than 90 minutes. I had delayed in repairing a minor appearance issue and they fixed it without me asking. I really appreciate the attention to detail.

Bought a CX-5 in 2020. Took it for regular service appointments. Mentioned at each one that my infotainment system was scrolling and dialing at random while driving. I was consistently told it needed updated and thought that was being done because it would work fine for a bit following the service appointment. I scheduled a service appointment last week to have it looked at because it has now caused me to wreck my vehicle to avoid dialing an emergency number. I’m being told the same part that has been recalled on other Mazda vehicles is faulty on mine and they want nearly $700 to fix it because I’m now out of factory warranty since it was pushed off and never actually addressed when I made the initial complaints. I can’t get a call back or any sort of follow up from the service department about having submitted my claim to see if it’s covered under my extended warranty they sold me. Terrible, dishonest service all the way around.

This was easily the least stressful and most pleasant car buying/trading experience I’ve ever had. Ron, Marcus, Tony and Chad were all professional, knowledgeable, and fair in every step of the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership and send all my friends and family there.

Didn't 'secure the pipes' after a standard oil change which then made a mess of my garage once home, and also put my car at risk of a major fault. Mazda Service team then did very little to help fix the mistake. This isn't the first issue I've had with this service shop. It's such a shame as the car is great, the brand is great, but the service offering is very poor.
