I had my vehicle serviced on 3/12/25 at Jeff Wyler Eastgate and everything went smooth. It was a question about a service that was included due to it not showing in the system but it was taken care of and straightened out swiftly. The process didn't take very long either. They definitely accommodate there! I was even offered a danish when I first pulled up, lol. Everyone was very friendly as well. 😊

I have brought two of my Chevy vehicles for servicing at Jeff Wyler Eastgate and both times I am truly impressed with the service. The turnaround time to have your vehicle inspected and serviced was extremely fast. I want to personally thank my service advisor Jason Moore for his professionalism and for being upfront and truthful during my recent visit. I will definitely be bringing my Chevrolet vehicles back to Jeff Wyler Chevrolet for future servicing needs!

I have always enjoyed going to Jeff Wyler for services. The appointment system is easy to use, and most of the time has appointments that fit my needs.Once there the service advisor greets me and we discuss what I need done and what is advised for the mileage I am at, and what is coming up soon. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Free coffee , including mocha is available. My work has been done quickly And completely.

Edit to respond to Jeff Wyler's response: No, still no call as of 4/11/25... approximately 1.5 months after I started calling and leaving voicemails for your service manager Mr. Moore (I stopped trying about 3 weeks ago after I left this review because I don't have the time or energy to keep wasting). Can’t get a call back from them to discuss when something is under warranty- it’s been weeks of me calling and leaving messages. When it comes to warranty issues, they don’t want to deal with it until it’s no longer covered. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. I previously called them about a different issue and they wouldn’t call me back. When they did finally call back, they told me it wasn’t a covered issue, then I went in for the recall issue and they told me it would have been covered but that I was a couple hundred miles outside of the warranty so if I wanted it fixed, I needed to pay the $200 diagnostic fee and several hundred out of pocket to replace the SD Card 🙄 They will charge you $200 to look at an issue to diagnose (even when you had it diagnosed by a different mechanic) before they’ll tell you if it’s covered. I don’t think it’s that hard to listen to the customer tell you the error code it’s throwing or what another mechanic said it wrong and let them know if that issue is covered under warranty or not so they can prepare and not pay another diagnostic fee.

I've been dealing with Josh and Jeff for some time now. They always been very friendly and conversational. I've never been disappointed with the service they have provided. Not that I particularly like having to have the car services/repaired, but they do make it more enjoyable!
