I will never return to this location for any service. Final outcome for bodywork was ok, but the pain & hassel with epic lack of communication & triple the timeline for completion is ridiculous. Wrong/missing parts, having to hunt them down for progress, triple the amount of time to get it fixed caused way more out of pocket for rentals, and then trying to give it back with an obviously still cracked & incomplete job. Run don't walk elsewhere to save yourself time, frustration & money!

If I could leave a zero I would. Took a brand new car in to have scratches fixed on a bumper & it basically looked like they took a sharpie to it. They also broke my door handle while it was there & scratched the car. Car went back a second time where they were to put a new bumper on it. Picked up car & scratched bumper yet again & damaged molding over a tire. Also scratched leather inside car & did not even care to put a mat down over mine. Just shows they don’t care about work they put out or how they take care of your vehicle. After the second time even a salesman told me that they would never recommend their body shop. A dealer as big as Jeff Wyler you would think they would have a stellar body shop.

I had a great experience with their shop! My vehicle was backed into two weeks ago and I was able to drop it off the same day. I picked it up yesterday and it looks great and cleaned up inside and out! Everyone was very kind and courteous during the whole process, called me to let me know what was going on and returned calls if I had questions. I will definitely use in the future if needed.
