I stopped in last minute when I was actively having a flat tire on the way to Columbus for a flight that was in 3 hours. They got me in and out SUPER fast, and I made my flight! On top of all of that, Ryan was extremely polite, explained everything that needed to be done, and why things had to be done in terms that I could actually understand.

They was trying to charge me $2000 more than they charged the insurance company. And the lady was extremely rude. Tried to talk down to me. Just by how this lady treated me and word around town about quality of service I wouldn't let them work on a bicycle. Look at local body shops before bring your vehicle here. If they can't handle customer service how they going to handle your vehicles.

I wasn’t really treated well here. I felt looked downed on and despised here. The lady there told me that I was being difficult and told me not to come back. I wasn’t even trying to be difficult. I appreciated that they took care of my first vehicle but the second vehicle was too difficult. After the repair, the vehicle has been hand washed and sanitized and the paint chipped off. It was chipped before but the paint chipping got worse after they hand washed it. And they didn’t do anything about it. I understood that it was chipped off and wanted to ask for the price to paint and the lady just told me to leave. She also said that I wasted their time when my time was wasted too. I mean wouldn’t they feel the same if they were in my shoes? I spent more than a grand there and got treated like a second class in the end. Not a good place if they treat customers like that.
