I would say the worst service I’ve had there was today. I was told on Saturday if I got a battery here that they would help me install it. I go today and buy a battery and the guy tells me he does not now how to put a battery in. Which is funny bc ive seen them helping install peoples batteries before. I work right next door to this shop so I see how helpful they are to everyone…. Except me today. Not sure of the man’s name but he was an overweight fella with a shaved head or going bald.

This location doesn't understand customer service etiquette. I was waiting at the counter for half a minute without even being acknowledged and being asked to wait. There were no other customers in the store. The employees were discussing closing the drawers. They should have at least acknowledged I was there waiting, instead of just continuing on with their conversation. I told one employee of the issue while the other answered a phone, and he stated they get it right every time but this time... that was fine for all their other customers but me. I'm the first customer that has decided to rate their store on Google. I rate them as ok because out of the three times I have visited their store, they have been helpful once.

Went to three other auto parts stores with no luck on the part I needed. Then I discovered genuine. The gentleman who helped me did all he could and found me my part!! Very courteous and helpful!! Will definitely be a loyal customer!!

Small legacy store with a very knowledgeable Manager and staff. May not stock everything, yet can have most items overnight from their regional warehouse. My go to source to compete with the big guys.
