I was looking for automotive service for quite some time and I was worried I was not gonna to find the right place. I give JCA Automotive a chance and I believe I have found the right place. The work I need to have done is front and rear struts and upper control arms and lower ball joints put on and alignment. I showed Brendan, Tommy what I bought struts(KYB), upper control arms(SPC) and lower ball joints. I Made a reservation on 9/25/2024. Tommy had so much work to be done. It was a lot of work. I love teamwork, Tommy need some help the other mechanic(James) jumped in to help Tommy to get the job done. JCA Automotive, Brendan, Tommy, James, Heather Keep up the good work. I will see you soon. Jack was awesome and kept me posted on everything. I have Car Shield and they accept the coverage. I needed my differential replaced. It was supposed to be over $3000, but after my Car Shield was applied and approved, I only had to pay about $265. The whole team was great! I heard very positive things about JCA prior to bringing my car there. I can confirm that they do a great job. Thank you for everything.
