I recently had them install fog lights on my car and I'm glad I did. They were very professional and did an awesome installation! I love my fog lights. They're working great! Highly recommended!

I can't rave enough about my time at Jc Power Audio Shop Escondido, especially thanks to Alberto! He not only flawlessly installed aftermarket lights on my 2021 Hyundai Elantra but also took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the process, addressing any concerns about pricing. Alberto got me in towards the end of their workday. Noel installed my new headlights on my Tacoma in just over an hour, and being meticolous to my paint and headlights. Great job! Comunication-10 Price-10 Install-10

Sadly many companies nowadays do not live up to their promises. This is not the case with JC Power Audio Shop Escondido CA. My wife hit a bump and lost sound from her radio. We were in the process of buying a new car. We called the dealer and explained we could not sell without a working radio. Even though we were buying a new car from them the earliest appointment was mid May and we knew they would take us over the coals. Under a recommendation from a friend we called JC Power and immediately knew these guys were professional. They said it might be a fuse and if so it is quick and no charge. If more than that we needed to bring the car in and the service charge was $85. I explained while this was a factory unit that was upgraded to GPS I had the original. It turn out not to be a fuse and my wife brought it in the following day. I asked if she wanted me to go with her and she said I am very comfortable with them they seem like pros and very trustworthy. In the end the unit could not be fixed but using some the parts I bought in they converted the radio back to the original. I have no doubt they spent several hours and I expected a bill for a couple of hundred dollars. When my wife went in they only charged the original $85 saying we wish we could have gotten the other section working but since the car is ten years old parts are hard to come by. They proudly stated; "We have been in business for 18 years, We are a family oriented company and specialize on Car audio, video, security, lighting and accessories for vehicles. At the moment there is 3 of us at the office with me running the company, Julio and Noe as technicians and also my daughter as marketing specialist." With the original back in the car and working we traded it in yesterday and my wife has a new car. Thanks JC Power 5 stars I highly recommend this shop. They are very tech savvy and extremely fair and honest. I recommended JC Power to a friend and they were very satisfied

Great labor prices and well experience one of the tech Noe he properly installed my stereo and backup camera that I had received as a gift, also help me with setting up my phone to the stereo and explained me on how the android auto works. Highly recommended
