Amazing new shop! They did a great job on my vehicle. I went in for breaks and rotors replacement. They completely the service in a timely manner. Staff were friendly! I recommend this shop for your car repair needs!

Needed an oil change on my truck asap and was able to go in same day! I wish I got the gentleman’s name but he was very kind and let me keep the truck there while I had to work. Picked up and paid a VERY affordable price with ease! Definitely recommend!

From my initial inquiry about the cost of an oil change service for my Honda CRV I was treated with white glove service. I had received a referral from a family member and it was a great referral. Scheduled an appointment and was told it would be a 30 min process and was provided a quote. I arrived a few minutes early to be sure I was on time. I found an AC cool waiting room with water, coffee, and soda as well as comfortable seating with the option to use their internet and Flat Screen TV if I desired. 30 minutes later my service was complete, I paid the price they quoted and out the door I went to return to work. I’ll be back because it was an all around awesome experience.

I drive a Ford E350 van 5 days a week, twice daily, to shuttle dogs back and forth to my kennel-free boarding facility called Two Paws Up. Of course the hottest day of the year my AC went down. My boyfriend found Calicar Care on Yelp and they took my van in immediately. I was back on the road in less than 24 hours with my AC working beautifully! Thanks guys!

I don't usually write reviews. But I felt this place deserved it. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Alexander was knowledgeable and clearly explained the issue with my car. He provided a detailed "great value" estimate before starting work. The work was done quickly. An amazing job done by Alexander. Super efficient and price is just right as always. It anyone is looking for a great service and great deal this is the place. Won’t get ripped off as other shops do. They are only suggesting what is really necessary and not just to make as much money out of you. Will come again and again!!!

There was a strange noise in my car, so I went to CALI CAR CARE. They replaced the front control arms, but after the replacement, the noise didn’t go away, and Alexander said he didn’t understand the cause. I then went to the official dealer, Premier Chevrolet Carlsbad, where they replaced the left and right drive shafts, and after that, the noise disappeared. I informed Alexander that he had replaced the wrong parts, but he refused to refund my money and called me a bad customer. I have never experienced worse customer service anywhere in America. Alexander is a terrible specialist, I highly do not recommend him!
