Jazz 10 minute oil change

These ppl excluding one worker have not gave one concern about having my vehicle for a week not once have a worker reached out to notify me what was going on with my car and every time I called I will get the runaround about when my vehicle will be ready. My vehicle sat in that shop from Saturday till the next Monday and I still have not received one phone call from them still, I have not received my vehicle. I took my car there for a simple oil change. it ended up having to pay them $500 then had to turn around maybe two weeks later for my vehicle to be doing the same exact thing. It is poor customer service, poor ownership, poor management no communication and no urgency. They got busy and felt like my vehicle was no longer a concern

I've always come up here because it's close to home, reasonable pricing and they've always done a thorough job but this time when I went to pay, the guy says $60. When I told him I've never paid more than $44 with regular oil, he said he could charge me $40. That's a BIG difference in price. Something about the whole experience didn't seem right and seemed very rushed. Maybe because I'm a woman? He said he did everything but I didn't even see him check the tire pressure on my tires... He never even recommended a radiator flush which I know it absolutely needs. Or show me the air filter... I'm not even sure he emptied out all the old oil and didn't just top it off... Very unhappy.I think I'll be going somewhere else next time around.

Had oil changes often, recently got brakes done, they were fast and efficient would recommend them.

Great place & great workers. There was a new guy Michael & he did a wonderful job. So happy with this place. Finally a great place to go.

Beware!!!! Do not let these guy repair your car!!! My dad took his car there for an oil change. The check engine light came on so they ran diagnostic on it. Since my dad spoke little English, he had me talk to the worker. The guy told me that there were some codes and that he could get that fixed for $250 cash. I told him to go ahead with the repair. $330.00 later including the oil change, the check engine came back on. Brought it back and they said it's another part that was needed and tried to charge my dad another $200. I got on the phone and told them it was not acceptable. They agreed to only charge for the part $50. A few days later, the check engine light came back on and this time they said it was some plastic part by the exhaust that broke. Got that replaced supposedly. A few days later, the check engine still on, this time it drives horrible. Brought it back and now they told us it's something internally with the engine and they could not fix it this time. We are so done with this place! They need to stick with just doing oil change if that is their specialty. They took advantage of a senior citizen with limited English and made a quick buck out of him.

1 star because I can't leave 0. Been a customer here for many years and yesterday 22Mar25 was the first and last time they will defraud me. I went in for an oil change about 9:00am on Saturday. One guy working there. So, he did the check the battery, air filter, washer fluid thing. Went under the car to do that work. Came up and "added" oil. Did a fairly good acting job of doing the work. Charged me $40. Said he preferred cash (first red flag), I had it, so gave him cash and then got my change and went about my day. Didn't get a receipt (second red flag), thought two things after the fact, either cash sale is off the books so no taxes or he's skimming off the company (cash sale off the books again). What actually happened is I paid $40 for an acting job. No oil change. Glad I was doing a pre-road trip check like I normally do, or I wouldn't have caught this. See attached picture from Sunday morning, 23Mar25. Less than 10 miles since the alleged oil change. It's as dirty as it went in.
