He Inspected everything, took note of everything that needed attention and discussed it with me. Gave me quotes, all professional and affordable. Worked quickly to get me my van back on the road safely same day. Definitely moving forward with this mechanic with any future work.

Customer service is awesome. Great low prices on all repairs . Reasonable prices on oil changes. Never has created a new problem to make more money. We will continue to use their service for all of my vehicles.

I have been going to James and Tara for over a year now and I can say they are truly one of a kind when it comes to car mechanics. They are honest, they are up front with you & they are more than reasonable for any car repair you might have. James and Tara recently helped me after I purchased a bad Prius from a car dealership instead of just offering me some expensive repair. There is no need for that big mechanic shop with the coffee and wifi and big lobby to walk around in when you can have an incredible expert like James work on your car and get it fixed right the first time.

Went absolutely more than above and beyond to get my car running! I goofed and brought the wrong radiator and not only did Jared go out of his way to find the right one and get it ordered for me, he wasn't the slightest but annoyed, he was extremely reassuring and just wanted to make sure I got my car ready to go and even had it ready same day despite having to order the part. I came from out of state to get my car fixed by him and people thought I was crazy for that but I have absolutely no regrets down from the pricing to the customer service I am a very pleased with the service!

I needed to get my breaks change on my older suv . I’m really trying to keep my car and not have a car payment. I was very happy with the price and the work that was done by this mechanic . Anyone who lives in Rio Rancho and or Albuquerque should definitely give this mechanic a try. .
