J and M Auto Body Repair

What i can say is look at my car!!!! It was terrible! I went to a couple of places but I thank God I checked out J and M, honestly I met Brandy who is absolutely amazing we talked about price and timing and deep down I felt good a little shop with alot of heart! And the work is amazing I can not thank them enough! They worked with my budget and got the work done quickly, they also stayed in constant communication with me, I called brandy for everything and she was always happy to help. Should I need anything I will choose them even my husband was amazed by the work they did and keeping them in mind. I recommend 100% if you want honest and hard working individuals working on your baby.

Our experience with Brandy and J&M turned our Fender Bender into what could be called a pleasant experience. Brandy coordinated the repairs with the other driver who hit our car and kept both of us in the loop as the car was being repaired. What other shops were quoting one to two weeks Our repair was done at J&M in three days. I needed to change the gas tank in my motorcycle, the tank needed to be painted and swapped with the existing one. They did a great job. Also, updating this review as of 4/2024, I needed to fix a minor damage in the front of my car. They got me a got price for parts, very good labor rate, excellent work, responsive to all my calls and msgs,and washed my car after being done. I'm am so happy with they work they did!

Ed and his crew did an awesome job! Professional from the start, with a more than fair estimate, to completing the job in a few days. I waited less than a week to get the vehicle in too. Kept in communication with me during the progress. They even addressed a small damage to the tailgate and R&R’d the left bumper cap (I purchased prior) without charge. Highly recommend JandM! I got in an accident with my 1999 Toyota 4Runner and totaled it. I decided I wanted to repair my truck and pay out of pocket. After several calls and visits to other body shops I was completely frustrated at being told no one would do the job because it was too old, it’s totaled, etc. I made a call to J and M and spoke with Julio the manager. He said yes they would do the job. Within 2 hours he had a tow truck out to pick up my truck. He even picked me up to drive me to the shop to do the paperwork as I had no transportation. Within 2 weeks my truck was completed and it looked brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the personal service I received from everyone here including the gentleman in the front office. I highly recommend calling them especially if you have an out of the box situation. They will work with you.

From Customer Service to Repairs 5 Star Exceptional Service!! I am so grateful to have found this place...communication was fantastic and very transparent with the quotes and services being provided and the turnaround timetable is truly unmatched in my previous experiences at other body shops. Highly recommend this place if you are in need of repairs.
