Rick is one of the most honest mechanics I've ever met. I always took my car to BMW dealership for everything but noticed their prices have been continuously rising much higher than other dealerships. I started calling around and found Rick. His price was so fair that I didn't even haggle. He explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. But what stands apart is a genuine honesty that has become so rare in businesses, especially car related businesses. Great job Rick!

Integrity is a great name for Rick. Has the experience and skill to diagnose and repair Hondas. I trust him to do it right. Also goes out of his way to just do what it takes to make it right. No price gouging or padding. A gem. Thanks for all your help. I have been going to him since moving to Escondido ten years ago.

Like many folks, I'm always trying to find a competent, fair, trustworthy mechanic. That's the Holy Grail of auto technicians right? We moved here a couple years ago from Colorado (where it's also hard to find a good mechanic!) and have tried several since we have been here, and were getting to the point where we thought we were going to be forced to go to the dealer for trustworthy service (gasp!). Happily however, my wife recently found Integrity Import. Having worked on cars off and on for most of my life, I know what I'm looking and listening for, and was thrilled to meet Rick and find out that not only did he check the boxes of competent/fair/trustworthy he also throws in customer service as part of the package. Pretty stoked to find Rick, looking forward to taking my families cars there in the future.

This place is aptly named; Rick, the owner has the very highest degree of INTEGRITY in my estimation. I feel so confident the work will always be done expertly, at a fair price, with no CORPORATE UPSELLING like you see at the dealers or chain stores. Finally, a great mechanic!!! We recommend Integrity without reservation. We keep on coming back for a reason!
