DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE. Seems to be reoccurring issue with their core returns, oh yea somehow 5 were lost in transit out of the 8 injectors sent to them. They don’t take any responsibility and blame UPS, UPS doesn’t take any responsibility either. (What a surprise). They also portray they use motorcraft gaskets and glow plugs and they do not use motorcraft anything. Nothing with this company has been easy and smooth sailing or trustworthy at that. I would recommend to try and find a local supplier and save yourself the SCAM this company does. If you read their responses to all their negative reviews seems to be a reoccurring issue with them and their injectors trying not to refund you full amount, even with the 5 missing and then receiving 3, they only have refunded 200. Also they never suggested to return the gaskets or plugs so just be careful if you use this company and honestly I’d try to find a local dealer so you can go in person and not get screwed over by them with their core returns by them, UPS, or even both them and UPS. BE CAREFUL. DON’T GET SCAMMED. Shop local, support local. You live and you learn, will never use this company and will do my best to educate people on how this company does business.

I was having an injector issue every year, so I decided to change out my fuel system. I ordered the injectors and upgraded high pressure fuel pump. My truck runs perfect, but the real test is to put some miles on it. I thought the cost was right but was surprised that I had to pay $105.00 to ship back the core parts. I received my core credit very quick. InjectorsDirect.com is a stand-up company and I recommend them. Thank you.
