Took great care of my MK2 VW Golf when it was taking on rainwater. They were very straightforward with me on what needed to be replaced and the final bill for service was very near the estimate originally given. Certainly not cheap, but neither was the fantastic work they did on my vehicle. When my antique is in peril, I will call them first!

Very thorough communicative been very happy with the service. The only reason I give 4stars is because once (I’ve used them several times) I had to have a new exhaust and cat installed. They quoted me $3200 I bought the part from the same distributor for $1800 (they probably get it for less) and had it installed at a muffler shop for $300. They do an amazing job but I guess it left a bad taste in my mouth. You can have it good, fast, or cheap never all three.

I have brought in my 2006 Jetta TDI a few times for diagnostics when no other place could figure out the issue. They are extremely knowledgable and honest and would recommend to anyone who has a VW. Nate also does a great job explaining an issue in terms that anyone can understand.

We were 10 days into a 6-week trip when our ‘91 VW Vanagon started coughing and we were worried we’d blown a cylinder. From the time we called Broad Street VPA (from 30 minutes away), it was less than 2 hours when we were back on the road. Jessie, our mechanic, quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem as a bad fuel injector and we opted to go with their recommendation to replace all of them. They dropped everything and got us out the door. There was a larger labor bill than normal because we needed an urgent repair. We were happy to pay it, worth every penny!! The van hummed off the lot and we are off on our next adventure. Thank you so much!
