We had a shipment go to this company for an exchange for a cylinder. The box was damaged. This company in return billed us an outrageous amount for their time to review the package. The bill was for $1235. It was billed at a labor rate of $85. We already paid for the rebuilt product in exchange for our broken cylinder. The broken cylinder is what they billed us for saying the were looking for internal damage when we already paid for them to exchange the cylinder which included rebuilding it.
