I am currently working with Mobile Cycle Works on a full restoration of a 50 year old bike. I came across them online and first communicated with Rachel via email who diligently answered each and every question I had prior to even taking the bike in, and has continued to do so any time I've reached out since. Every time I've stopped in John and Dain have been very patient and taken the time to answer every question, explain what is being done and why, and offer alternate suggestions which have helped tremendously. This is a project almost 20 years in the making. I couldn't be more satisfied with how they've handled everything and would recommend them to anyone! Update June 20 2024 My restoration is complete. They did an amazing job on the project and also were very fair with me on pricing. As jobs of this nature can, it went a bit above our discussed ballpark amount. However, they gave me a fully detailed invoice and also discussed the overages and were extremely fair in making it right with me. I had a minor issue after getting the bike, which was a result of a failed new part, nothing pertaining to their quality of work. They were quick to diagnose and resolve, at no cost to me. If I ever do another restoration, or need anything for this bike, they'll be my first choice. Thanks to the entire staff for making this dream of 20 years a reality!!

Brought my bike in for an unknown carb issue. John took the time to go through the whole bike with me and explain exactly what was wrong. Would have taken me hours to fix it, he had it running like new in a day. Highly recommend their service, won’t have anyone else work on my bike form now on.

Skilled motorcycle repair shop! That they're friendly and easy to work with is a plus. It took a few weeks to get my bike in as they were stacked up with work, but it was worth the wait as they creatively diagnosed the issue and were flexible with parts to keep the costs down on a vintage bike repair.

The guys (and gal) at Mobile Cycle Works will not leave you disappointed. Their years of experience with vintage, custom and new motorcycles really shows with their knowledge and expertise of the industry. Dain, John and Rachel are the most polite and easy people to work with. They listen to your concerns and follow up with you regularly during your repairs. Prices are reasonable and the work is nothing short of stellar.Owning a 40 year old motorcycle is challenging as things do go wrong frequently but they are always there to step up to the challenge with a smile on their faces. I cannot praise these guys enough for how much they have helped me to get my 82' CB650 back on the road. They have made a life long customer out of me simply because of their outstanding service.

Friendly owners. Amazing prices on services. Feels more like a great place to meet with people and not like a shop. No pressure sales. Had my rear custom tire ordered and installed. During the install they called me and told me its very close to needing new rear brakes. Thats the kind of service i look for. I wi always bring my bike to them.
