We had someone do fraudulent activity with our name and signature and I cannot reach anyone. I’ve called numerous times with no response. Horrible customer service when you cannot reach anyone at any department. * since I can’t respond to their reply I’ll add it wouldn’t let me leave a VM and I’m not going to text some place that I can’t reach by phone with personal information that has already been compromised. Mind you I’m out of state so there’s no way I feel comfortable doing that. I’d suggest a better system. The fact that this was at least two weeks ago and you’re just responding proves my point.

This is our second vehicle we’ve had Boissy’s tint and a car detailed. Everything always turns out perfect. John does an excellent job tinting windows and detailing cars/trucks! Very nice guy with great customer service. Will continue to do business with them.

In February, we purchased a Century Royal Truck Cap for our 2017 Dodge Ram pickup through Indiana Truck Accessories. When the truck cap came in, there was damage to the paint job. Also, the color didn't match our truck. John, the owner, communicated with the Century factory to get our cap repainted. We were told it could take several weeks to get the cap back. We needed our cap for our next vacation. John went above and beyond to help us. He was able to get our truck cap repainted locally. We got our cap back in a week and the paint job was amazing and matched our truck perfectly.
