Gotta give a shout to the gentleman named Anthony who was very helpful. I was running late for work, needed break fluid replacement, went in got what I needed but I couldn't get my hood open. He came out and helped me out, even helped refill the break fluid himself. 10/10.

Stop trying to up sell. I was going to buy an oil change and some filters and other products like oil flush and some berryman. Walked in, was asked if I needany help finding anything. I answered, "no thank you, I think I've got it. Reading the label on some various oil additives. And the counter guy says,"looking for some fuel injector cleaner?" "No." I answered. Should be the end of the interaction. Resume reading, and considering 🤔 the product I want. "We have a special on our fuel injector cleaner, blah blah blah." I stop reading and reply. "No thank you." .....Reading resumes. "If you buy our special, blah blah blah........" I wanted to ask how much he makes on commission, and if I gave him a $20 dollar bill, would he just leave me alone to shop. And shut up about his injector cleaner. I said " I will just go to another store." Orileys is far superior and a block away. Thanks, I will just keep giving Orileys my 💰 money.

Had to get a new battery for my mom's car. AJ and the rest of the crew on duty were very helpful and nothing short of awesome in finding a solution for my mom's car and didn't shy away from trying to help of fix the problem. Everyone pitched in! Thanks to them the issue was figured out and a new battery was purchased and installed. crisis averted! Thank you to everyone who worked that day! You did great!

Super thankful for the workers at this autozone location!! I had taken my car in for an alignment (somewhere else) and was told my battery wasn’t good, or holding a charge. I purchased my battery through autozone so I took it in to get read and sure enough it was a ‘bad battery’. My accounts and purchase history were found to get the warranty replacement. Ryan A was super helpful, and patient in taking my old battery out and replacing it with the new one. We noticed some potential issues with the connectors, so with a second option from Chris C i bought new ones which were installed for me very generously, since things were already apart to replace the battery. We had a super kind gentleman help with his back seat power tools since one of the nuts would not come off no matter how hard they tried. Jim also came and assisted, and made sure to run a finally diagnostic check before sending me on my way!! From start to finish it was well over a couple hours these guys spent helping me with my car. Thank you guys soo much for your help! I depend on my car for work, and was in a panic that it wasn’t going to be a “quick” fix.
