My experience with Import Connection, both as a car store and repair shop, was incredibly underwhelming. I must admit that I had high hopes when I initially stepped foot into their establishment, but it quickly became apparent that my expectations were far from met. The sales staff at Import Connection lacked the knowledge and expertise one would expect from a reputable car store. Their lackadaisical attitude and inability to answer basic inquiries left me feeling frustrated and unassisted. It was evident that they were more interested in making a sale rather than providing genuine customer service. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end there. When I needed repair services for my vehicle, Import Connection's repair shop fell short. The quality of workmanship was subpar, and the repairs performed were not done to the expected standards. It felt like a constant battle to have the issues resolved properly, as the shop seemed more concerned with rushing through the job rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. Furthermore, Import Connection's pricing was exorbitant for the quality of services provided. The inflated costs, coupled with the lackluster customer experience, made it clear that they were more interested in profit margins than building long-term relationships with their clients. In summary, I cannot recommend Import Connection as a reliable car store or repair shop. Their sales staff lacks knowledge and professionalism, their repair services are subpar, and their pricing is unreasonably high. I strongly advise seeking out alternative establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide the quality services one expects when dealing with automotive needs.

I took my Mini in for an oil change here. Very convenient location, beautiful shop full of special cars. The owner is very friendly and charged a fair price. He also gave me an honest assessment of the car and did not try to upsell me on anything. In fact he replaced a bulb that was out, and only charged for the part. I did not remember to tell him about it when I dropped it off. I will definitely be returning here for any work I need on my Mini.

Owner, Farhad is super nice, and very experienced! Knew exactly what was wrong with my mini cooper and fixed & repair, as quoted, with a couple of bonus freebies, and returned car washed and ready the next day! Definitely recommend this guy for car repairs!

I met the owner, Farhad, today, when my car threw a reduced power notice on my dash and started misfiring halfway through a 6 hour drive. He waited late for me on a Saturday to check out my car and make sure everything was perfect before I head back home. A very kind person who makes me wish I still lived in the bay area to frequent his business more often!
