The parts department is terrible, I ordered 2 parts and only one arrived and it was not the part I ordered, I asked for my money in cash just like I paid and they did not give it to me, they told me it had to be by check and that it would take several days, they never gave me my money like I paid for it

The service guys work diligently though I don't know their names. They quickly let me in. The advisor Angelica Mandracch is nice and polite. I came in around 7:10am for my Kona's 8000 mile service. Technician took it around 7:30 and around 8:30 it's ready for pick up. That's fast! And it's covered by warranty. Nice and first service experience with Hyundai at New Rochelle!

Technician took it around 7:30 and around 8:30 it's ready for pick up. That's fast! And it's covered by warranty. Nice and first service experience with Hyundai at New Rochelle!

Took my car in @7:55am and waited 2 1/2 hours for a simple tire that was losing air. After waiting 2 hours, went to counter to inquire and was informed that they were working on it and that I was getting a new tire. At 10:30am I heard my name callled in the distance, went up and was told car was ready. Good customer service is coming up to client and making them aware of how things are progressing without yelling out someone's name. Tire looked like the same one that was on. I didn't expect to get a new tire just expected for it to be patched up. Took car to this location because I leased it there but probably will go elsewhere in future due to bad first impression. Not a good experience
