Christina Donato was my advisor, she was very nice and had a great personality! My car was done in about an hour and half just like she said! I originally had scheduled just an oil change, and she was also able to get my tires rotated which I appreciate very much. Highly recommend this location, very clean and organized. Everyone is super friendly. Look forward to continuing service with New Rochelle Hyundai!

Brought my car in for service today. Angelica handled my vehicle; she was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained everything that was going to be done to my vehicle in detail. She's handled my car and the rest of my family's cars numerous times in the past with no problems whatsoever. Unfortunately it came to my attention that Angelica will be leaving her position. It is quite alarming to me that I will no longer feel comfortable with bringing my car there. I can only hope that the service department can fill her shoes because they are quite big. The mechanic did a fine job with the service and I have zero qualms on that front.
