I have come here twice for an oil change and even with an appointment, both times, I waited 3 hours for my car to get a standard oil change. I wouldn't have returned after the first time but they sent me a coupon for an oil change for a very reasonable price so I figured I would try again. Big mistake. In addition, they told me my brakes and brake fluid urgently needed to be replaced. They told me my brake fluid was black. See attached photo of my brake fluid - it is nearly translucent, at most a golden color. Does not even remotely need to be changed. I took my car to another shop to get a quote on the work and they said my brakes had at least 25% life left and didn't need to be urgently replaced and the measurements they gave me for the brake pads were inaccurate. They also said my brake fluid was completely fine AND they showed me my brakes and held up a new brake pad next to it to show me for comparison to show me what they were talking about so I knew that it was not urgent and did not need to be done immediately but should be done soon. Brake fluid obviously did not need to be done at all. Honda of New Rochelle just lied to my face and took me for a fool. Again, see the pics for yourself of my brake fluid which is most definitely NOT black. To seal the deal on the sketchiness of this dealership, I noticed after leaving that they had removed my existing license plate frames - without asking or even telling me - and put their own license plate cover with "Honda of New Rochelle" and the dealership phone number! This place is awful - DO NOT go here unless you have endless amounts of time and want to be taken advantage of. Really gross business practices. I've had good experiences with other Honda dealerships that are a bit of a drive for me now but I will be going elsewhere or back to those other dealerships going forward. No promotion is worth dealing with this kind of treatment.

Hector Alvarez and the entire service staff are amazing! My car was handled with so much care, and when I needed additional services he worked with my schedule & encouraged me to return asap by explaining what’s most important to handle for safety reasons. They provided a timeframe for how long service would take and were done early both times! Pricing is great here as well. Won’t be going anywhere else for my car!

I’ve been coming here for years and the service is always great! Had a recent visit on a busy Saturday and I usually make appointments but didn’t have one. Spoke with Yesenia and explained my situation with my vehicle and she expressed to me the work would be completed by end of day. Oil change and tire rotation. It didn’t take long at all and she was calling to let me know the car was ready! I thank Yesenia and the crew for all work!! I appreciate it!!
