This review is based on my May 19, 2025 visit: Upon arrival, there were several clerks at their stations but only ONE appeared to be interested in working so after being turned away by 2 and completely ignored by 3, I waited on a short line for FRANCES. I’m so glad that I did because he turned out to be fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! As a female, dealerships & repair shops can often be intimidating. We commonly either get scammed or get hit on (or both!) but rarely treated with respect. FRACES did none of that and was completely professional and efficient. Although it was my first visit to this location, he immediately found me in the Toyota system. He took the time to clearly explain what was included in the service I was about to receive and even went ABOVE AND BEYOND to look for, explain, and suggest how to use the remaining services I have left! The service itself was fast and efficient. I expected to be there for at least 3 hrs and was presently surprised to be done in 2. They have a comfy lounge w/ charging ports, free coffee, TV, and snack vending machines. Restrooms were very clean. The gentleman who delivered my car was nice too. They took good care to protect my car’s interior and nicely rinsed my car’s exterior. Based on this experience, I will definitely return to and also recommend Hudson Toyota Service Department in Jersey City, NJ.

I bought my RAV4 prime here late 2020 during the car shortage, when every dealership left and right added insane markups to their stickers. Not Hudson. I loved working out our deal because they met me every step of the way and let me have the car at MSRP. Now at the time I didn’t realize that this is just the culture at Hudson, they prioritize customers and their experience. I don’t know why, since most other dealerships are really bad at doing this and it seems to be the status quo, but not for Hudson. They’re a bit like Costco, make sure the customer is comfortable. Their dealership is clean and tidy, they have two fantastic hot beverage machines that are always functional with every beverage on the menu available and you always see someone cleaning something. The staff is courteous and you could tell that they all enjoy each others company and enjoy working there. I guess when you have a non-toxic work culture this is the result. Why do I know them so well? Because I go out of my way to service my car at Hudson, despite having two local dealerships by me that I could go to. It is not the same vibe, and no where near the same service. Thank you Hudson! See you again soon.

The service took too long and car was supposed to be washed, they took it back to the car washing spot and sprayed water only. The rear glass was dusty and my fingers were dusty after checking the cleaning at different spots outside the car. Do not bullshit customers with that “courtesy service “ . It could be better not doing anything than playing with lies.

Having my car for only 2 weeks and having all 4 tires stolen I was very pleased with the work by Toyota. It wasn't only that my tires needed replacing, there was much damage then that.
