On 03/11 I went to the parts store for two spare parts and the parts advisor didn't want to sell them and he refused. I needed a hose and a clip (having the part numbers). I have a Hyundai and I found that the spare part I needed has a Kia replacement. I explained him that Hyundai only sell the complete set (filler pipe) for $360 but I only needed the hose for about $13. The seller refused and told me "go Hyundai for it", even I took responsibility in case it wasn't compatible. So I ordered it online in another site, and it is compatible. I never asked him if would work for me, I asked him for both pieces with specific part numbers. WORST SERVICE

They did exactly what I asked and I was done in 45 minutes. So 5 stars for that day. I got my two recalls done on my 2024 KIA Telluride, front license plate bracket installed, and they topped off my coolant, which was a little low from the factory. All free and done within 45 minutes.

Update 12/2024: Extended warranty covered an engine replacement. They did the job within a week while providing a loaner vehicle. Dan was very helpful.

Bad services Kia Jersey City Service Center This place I would definitely not recommend to anyone. absolutely horrible experience, the receptionist has a nasty attitude, she hang up the phone on me, her excuses was they don’t have appointments available till 2 weeks later. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE FOR SERVICES!!!!!

absolutely horrible experience my advisor Ahmed was very rude and tried to get over me with services I did not request as well as the young lady sam who sits at the front desk taking payments, she has a nasty attitude always using her cellphone and speaking very loudly and cursing i had my kids with me and you can hear her unprofessionalism from the waiting areas. i would NEVER recommend this dealership or come back to such a unprofessional service center. the service manager Dan as well as a beautiful young lady at the car check in were super nice and helpful but other than that i definitely do not recommend !!!
