Hubcap Heaven & Wheels

Bought steel rims last month, credit card was charged, order was received, it's been almost 1 month now and nothing was shopped. Since then, their website went down for a day or two, and I haven't received anything. Sent a few emails asking for my order with no response, I called every other day for a week and nobody responded. Buyer beware.

Honestly, easy to order, fast delivery, great quality, great price ( I doubled checked!) and installed each tire in rim skin in less than 60 seconds with a rubber mallet. I included one 'before' picture below and two wonderful 'after'.

I needed a particular hubcap and came across Hubcap Heaven. Not only did they have it, but I couldn't believe the stock of hubcaps they had! The owners of this place were great. The young man, Benjie, went right outside and installed my cap for me while I paid for my purchase with Lennie. They were great on the price as well as friendly. Highly recommend.

Ordered full set of hubcaps and received an email confirmation (actually 2 email confirmations) .....and then nothing. I called to check on the status of the order and the lady that I spoke with said she was going to check with the warehouse and call me back. I never got a call back. I tried calling again this morning and their voice mailbox is full. I am going to see if I can dispute purchase with my credit card. I do not recommend.

First I would like to say what a great experience with this place, there was a lady name Lenny that worked with me on getting the right wheel cover for my 2020 Camry, I damaged 1 of the 4 covers while I was trying to install it, and she fix the problem and walked my through the proper way to install them, now the covers are on and they look great. That you so much Lenny and Hubcap heaven. My cousin and sister in law love the look of the wheel covers, so they are wanting to get some for their cars. I told them to call and ask for her directly. I would give 6 stars if I could, Thank you so much.

Do not order from this company if there is any urgency to receive the product. We placed an order for a replacement cap on 3/9/2025. Received a notice and tracking on 3/10/2025. As of 3/18 when there had been no progress in the tracking. We reached out to the vendor who ASSURED us the package would have been mailed on the date the label was produced and should we not receive the package in an additional 3-5 days, another would be mailed. There was still no movement in the tracking until 3/21 when the package “arrived” at the USPS facility?? (Again, said package was ASSURED to have been shipped 3/10). The package then took a circuitous route from Ohio, New Jersey and Greenville, SC until FINALLY arriving at our residence on March 29th. We will not use this company in the future.

Don’t buy from them online. If you order the wrong product they will NEVER respond to you to help resolve your issue. Now I have hubcaps I can’t do anything with.
