Have been using this outfit for several years, fair, honest, and the work they put out is quality. Communication is always open, they don't make promises that can't be kept, and have been a key piece to keeping my fleet rolling. Would highly recommend.

I took my truck to these guys with a hot, no start issue , complete no crank after. They mis-diagnose the issue and charged me for parts I did not need and which did not correct the issue. When they informed me what they thought the problem was I immediately told them I was 100% sure that was not the issue. I paid over $1100 for essentially what was a 2 hours Worth of labor to remove and replace a IPR sensor. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any auto-repair shop ever. Their only concern is the money and not the customer happiness. After Guaranteed Truck Service over charged me for incomplete work which did not fix my issue. I towed my vehicle from this location to a more capable shop. The new shop perform a simple air test and found out my dummy plug had a massive air leak. Dummy plug was replaced $16 part , retested for leak which correct the issue, no leaks. Truck cranked right up and I am back on the road.

i just called to scheduled to have a coulpe gaskets and seals changed. i only told him i needed my cam follower gaskets changed. and he said they dont have the tools to replace the gaskets... now liitle does he know i talked to the mechanic and he told hecould do.. whoever the guy that sits at the front desk is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and dosent how simple of a job that is. on to the next shop.

What I initially liked about this place is that they were open till 12 at night so when I needed something done on my truck I could take it there after my normal business hours have it back by the next day. The reason why am giving this company one star because they caused extensive damage to the hood of my truck. I had to argue with Brian for about a week to get them to replace it I had to deal with someone at the corporate office she was very very nice and took care of the hood. The other issues included not wiring lights correctly, not heat shrinking connections, broke the window regulator on the drivers door, left the window down in the pouring rain. Even after having all these issues I was still willing to bring my trucks there because the did fix the issues. I was told by Brian that he doesn’t think the guys want to work on my trucks. I told him that the individuals should know what they are doing and I shouldn’t had to check over them.

Great people, had an issue with my truck they work fast and efficient to get it back OTR, , price is very dicent , Jeff really rock, Vins is a great guy too. I recommend it if needed
