If I could do negative stars, I would. If you want someone to actually FIX YOUR CAR, these people aren't it because they don't know what they're actually doing. They don't actually look at your car, just guess & slap a ridiculous price & take advantage of people that don't know anything about cars. Took my car in because it wouldn't run properly & I expressed that there was a POSSIBLE transmission issue (what do I know, I'm not a mechanicš) & told them how my exhaust was broken aswell (confirmed by a mechanic I know personally). They call back & say "the whole transmission is done for, it'll be $5,200 for a new one" which obviously sucked for me but they didn't mention anything about my BROKEN EXHAUST. Charged me $75 for the diagnostic & it to a second opinion & all they had to do was fix my exhaust & the car ran good as new. I was told "If it was the transmission, the car wouldn't run period but yours still does. That shop has circus monkeys working there, they're known for a terrible job with terrible prices." which they weren't wrong š. They tried to take advantage of me because they knew I didn't know anything about cars & almost made me waste $5k on a transmission that I didn't need instead of checking the WHOLE car & doing their job right. The mechanics obviously don't know what they're doing if they keep doing this to people because I know for a fact Im not the only person that has experienced this same issue with them. Save your money, your time, & your sanity if you want an actual good job done on your car & don't want to be talked to like you're a 5 year old.

Absolutely loved giving them 1 star: Had the absolute pleasure of calling the shop to magically cancel the warranty claim they submitted. My burning question is, WHY would I even need to do that? Let me share my delightful experience. I smoothly dropped off my car for a diagnosis, handed over my warranty details, and strolled away like nothing could possibly go wrong. By the end of the day, I felt compelled to check in because I was just dying to know what was happening. Turns out, the tech was as clueless as could be, so they decided to take a lookāon Monday, of course. When Monday rolled around, I joyously called for an update and learned they had filed a warranty claim. I inquired about the carās issues, and although the lovely lady on the phone was a delight, she could only enlighten me with vague phrases like "transmission issues" or "something with gears." Very helpful. Oh, and let me add, I took a little detour to scoop up my work ID. After that, I had the delightful experience of witnessing my car being driven through the shop just for me, which was so necessary, I canāt even express it. Fast forward two weeks, and I was told that unless I kept my car at the shop, my warranty would spontaneously vanish. What a revelation! The warranty clearly states I can take my car anywhere, but apparently, itās totally fine for them to treat my car like an Uber between their locations. I happily threw down $135 just to retrieve my car, a fee for a "diagnostic" that left me no wiser about the issue other than ātransmission.ā What a steal! I really appreciated receiving a receipt that told me absolutely nothing. Such a unique experience! I drove my car home without a hitch, shockingly. Oh, transparency and communication? What a quaint notion! If only they had bothered to communicate better, I might have actually considered sticking around. Instead, they boldly initiated a warranty claim without so much as a heads-up about the problems and just gave me a grand tour of their incompetence. The whole thing felt SO above board, and I practically paid for the privilege of parking my car while they joyfully drove it around. What a fantastic use of my money!

This is the best place to have your transmission serviced. Trustworthy and family owned. I will continue to bring any vehicle with transmission issues to Atlas. Irene and her family have always treated me fairly and with nothing but honesty. My truck is back to running like new.

Al is very nice. He and everyone did a good job to repair my reverse light issue. Was a relay and not switch on my model year 11 Nissan Frontier Pro4x. Would recommend them to anyone. And will come again for service or maintenance.

TERRIBLE customer service! Extremely rude and will take advantage of you. Irene made a mistake and a man got on the phone with me yelling at me as if it was my fault she did not relay the information she was supposed to! The customer is NOT always right but neither are you!!! Take responsibility for your mistakes and treat people with respect! What an ignorant set of employees that work here!

Iāll let the video explain for itself. All because they lied and said they diagnosed my car when I specifically told them not to. They just wrote what I already knew was wrong with my car and what I told them was wrong with. Please donāt give them your business, itās not worth it, AT ALL!

Very, very bad customer service..I went in to dicuss my problem and was given a price after about a month I took them my car and they said it's was going to be $1,600 more than what they told me..I showed them the business card that they wrote the price on and Irene said i'am not going to honor that price.. each time I go to their office Irene and the older man just stare at me for about 10 seconds before they ask me if I need some help..EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE. Can't say if they are PREJUDICE or NOT or just RUDE!!!
