Absolutely excellent place to bring ur vehicle! I've been to 4 different places and all gave me the run around or was too lazy to actually try and figure out what the problem is with a vehicle but not this place. They showed me everything that was going on with my car and even helped with some things they didn't have to. I recommend them 100% and I won't be taking my car anywhere else!!!

I have used Hovey's Automotive Repair for all my mechanical needs for both my personal and business vehicle. Aaron has been such a great blessing to have as a mechanic. A breakdown for me stops my business in its tracks. He has always worked with me to get me back on the road as soon as possible. The staff is well trained and energetic. And, their integrity in diagnosing a problem is unequaled. They have always been fair and affordable.

After seeing all of these great reviews on here, it really pains me to leave them their first bad one. I have thought about it, and decided to do it as a teaching point, and as a fellow business owner. I had my vehicle towed to them a few months back on recommendation. I told them I just wanted it diagnosed to figure out why it wasn’t holding a charge. They had it diagnosed in a week or two, but when I was ready to get it they stated something else was wrong, and then I heard nothing for a long stretch of time, and then different things, before they finally said a separate thing needed to be fixed, but they had to send it off to someone else (cluster) which took another long stretch of time and to finally get it back I had to call about 20 times and they said “oh yeah, it’s ready” at that point I was just ready to get it. After picking it up on the drive home a whole different problem arised with it overheating which It never did before taking it in. They did bring me some antifreeze but that doesn’t much make up for it. The main problem was the time (near 3 months) they had my vehicle. It was the lack of communication. I’ve never done business with anyone that was this bad at communicating. I would go weeks at a time without them telling me what was going on. Would drive by their shop and it would just be sitting outside not being touched. I had to call and message them tons of times to get a response and even then I never got a straight answer. 3 months is a long time to hold someone’s property with no communication. It almost felt at a certain point I was being disrespected. Any small business should always communicate as priority number one. They seemed to have fixed the problem I took it in for in an absurd amount of time, but caused a separate problem and was the worst experience I’ve ever had as far as communication goes. As much as I hate leaving bad reviews, I just had to with this one. Hopefully they learn, and learn to communicate better in the future.

Always do a fine job. Last time, it was fixing a leak in my air conditioner and putting in Freon. Very reasonable pricing for labor, etc. Polite and friendly as well.

They were super nice and helped us look over a car we were looking to purchase. Walked us around and pointed out areas to be aware of. Very helpful and professional! Would recommend
