Would NEVER recommend this place to anybody my transmission went out in my car so I had it towed there back in 2023 and they "rebuilt" the transmission and I took it back to them at least 3 times telling them its still not shifting correctly but every time I get a poor excuse or a "you're probably just imagining it". Fast forward a year later and the transmission randomly explodes so I send it back to them and it sat there ROTTING for 4 weeks and nobody touched it not even for a diagnoses meanwhile its costing me hundreds every week for my rental car. He then told me to come pick up the keys so I had it towed to another place who had answers for me THE NEXT DAY. There's a reason they let my car sit and rot for weeks and also wouldn't do anything for it when I brought it back to them for the shifting issues. THEY KNEW THEY INSTALLED IT INCORRECTLY. The clutch pack was installed backwards and the 1234 return spring was MISSING. Between both transmission rebuilds plus a rental car im out $14,000. Scammers is what they are. If I had to guess id say they just watched a few youtube videos before working on it.

Doc and his crew took great care of me today. This morning, while visiting from out of state, my starter crapped out on me. Bowtie was recommended by my friend, and I am glad she did. They did a terrific job. Was on my way in under 3 hours.

The staff at Bowtie are awesome! They helped me with a fuel issue I had on my Tahoe and did it in a timely manner. They are up front and honest about any and all repairs. I would and have recommended them to friends and family.

I was recommended this place by Alveys on new holt road, rebuilt transmission was 3,800 30 days later transmission went out 420 miles away from home, was advised to have it towed back by the manager. $1,300.00 tow bill. Rental car was 1,100.00 for 2 weeks. I know now to ask what is included in a "transmission rebuild" in the future. I called 5 places to explain my situation and 4 out of the 5 all said the parts bow tie did not include they do in a rebuild- "TCM and solenoids" This was a very expensive lesson. None of my expenses were covered nor were there any apologies for my situation. The part that wasn't included that failed they covered at no charge ($300 refurbished transmission control module). 11 days for parts to come in and get it back the second time. After a review, royal oaks Chevy informed my the transmission to frame bolts were missing. WOW

We are from STL MO driving to Atlanta Motor speedway for a trip. We started having truck problems on the road. Bowtie Autoworks stopped what they were doing to look at our truck. They got us back on the road in less than an hours time. Very kind, honest, personable and professional.

Chris and his team is hands down the best mechanics that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with for the repairs that was needed for my 2017 Cadillac XT5 . They were professional, honest and friendly. I’d have to say that they went above and beyond of what I expected from a mechanic shop. Thanks again guys for the assist and repairs. From a very happy and satisfied customer 🤩🎉
