I have never dealt with such rude, nasty people in all my life. Not only are they rude, the exterior of my car was coated with mud when I picked up the car. The guy that was coming to tow me for being parked in the wrong place ended up helping me fix my car which had broke down. I did not catch the name but he was very helpful and understanding of the situation. He could have easily said tuff luck and towed my ass but instead decided to help me and by some miracle or skill got my car running so I could make it home. He even told me the potential problem and how to fix it if it ever happened again. Life saver for real. Even tried to give him some cash for the help but he said everything is all good. The least I could do is leave a review. Good man. Thanks again. Much appreciated. Saved my ass for real.

Driver was quick and so pleasant to deal with. Came out and unlocked our vehicle when no other company would deal it with due to the difficulty of the vehicle. Would definitely call them in a pinch.

My car died in the middle of the street and I called 2 other towing companies getting no answer, but Hound Dog’s answered immediately. They were quick and super friendly and easy to work with. The ringback tone also made me laugh, 10/10 idea
