The old man who atent this bussines is too rud and he said one think and do other think is not responsable she sold me a break part and later when l return to chaing it he want more many for the same parts

Waste of time, drove far for a wheel that was damaged. I asked for a picture and the guy didn't care to look in the inside of the wheel. Thanks pal! Don't waste your time with this junk yard. It's a lot with scrap cars and a trailer. All cars are bio hazard (blood inside) and been wrecked super bad. They buy the cheap auction cars hit from all angles and list all parts in inventory when half parts are trashed. Doesn't cost them anything to waste customers time. There's no heaven it's more of a Honda Hell! Buyer beware!

Needed a couple doors for my Mazda. They had good replacements and reasonably priced. They took them off the car for me at no extra cost which was great. I also didn't have room to do the replacements at my house so I asked them if I could do the repairs myself on site and they said sure, so that was nice of them! I had to leave before finishing the project so I asked if I could leave my old doors with them and come back the next working day to retrieve the side mirror and custom speakers out of my old doors and they were perfectly fine with that. Very accommodating and great to work with!

Called the guy and asked for CR-V driver side mirror. He said they have one disassembled and ready for sale. Drove 30 min all the way there and after half an hour waiting, they said we don’t have it. Someone should have sold it. Seriously? If your inventory record keeping sucks, I don’t have to waste my valuable time for it. Piece if junk

I've had to get multiple parts for my Pilot their pricess are more than fair and beat any place im Santa Cruz that I drive over the hill to shop there. And they are genuinely nice people who give you good advice as well
