First off let me say that I don’t understand why this place has so many bad reviews. I run an independent mechanic shop and have purchased recycled parts from here a couple dozen times. Holbrook is definitely in my top 3. Out of the many purchases I’ve only had one or two bad apples. The entire staff is friendly professional and knowledgeable; Nate (the owner/manager) goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and always found a proper solution any time we felt a part was not up to par. I say always go with your gut when it comes to buying junkyard parts but Holbrook has long earned our trust.

Be careful when calling this location it's a girl who will say she has the part...but when you get there...then they tell you it's at another location.....so make sure you get names an ask twice We went all the way here because she said she had the part....then when we got there she said it was at highland park location....it wasn't even at highland park it was at on Verner & Livernoise location!! Never had a problem until I had to do business with her! She waisted my time an my gas!!

Be careful when calling this place they will say they have the part but when you get there they will tell you they don’t have it or show you a different one I called them and ask twice to make sure they have the right part I need and they confirmed they have it and they told me if I come today to pick it up they will do discount and they told me they have the part on shelves I drove an hour and when I get there they I found nothing and they have nothing on shelf.

Bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid transmission. Nate was super nice and helpful. Everyone at this location was friendly and willing to help us load our part. Will be contacting them for parts in the future and recommending them to people.
