Every time I bring my car up here they’re always in a rush which causes them to do the job poorly. Last year when I brung my car up there, it was close around the time they were closing, they still did my oil change but they didn’t do it correctly because they were irritated and so the next day my car oil change light had came on which resulted in me having to go back. I would have rather them turned me around and told me to come the next day than to do a lousy job on my car. Last week I took my car up there for an oil change as well. My oil change light is on but the guy was only interfered in the fact that my mileage wasn’t matching up with the sticker. Which I hardly go anywhere so of course my mileage isn’t going to always be the same as the sticker. He checked my oil and said it was good, topped me off then sent me on my way. My car has been smoking from under the hood every sense… I was going to these people for years so it was hard for me to decide not to go back but after having 2 bad experiences form them I’ve had enough.

I’ve always been nervous about going to oil changes but they genuinely do a good job and make it super comfortable. I specifically go to Aaron for everything and I always get great customer service and decent pricing.

Naturally we live in an imperfect world so there will Always be some mixed reviews about everything we all encounter. With that said, I am happy I had a GOOD experience with the Penzoil Southgate crew! From start to finish these guys made me feel like family… Real talk, I had been taking my Honda CRV to a dealership for years that had been putting bad and or old oil in my vehicle etc. I’ll leave that there… Ultimately these gentlemen took care of everything my car rides smooth and like new again before it was riding sluggish so I am grateful. I wasn’t worried about their prices because they are competitive and reasonable, if anything the dealership was the one trying to charge me outlandish prices so my Penzoil Southgate fam saved me money and like I said took care of me. I will be sending my mother and referring others there from this point on. So for every so called “bad experience” there’s the good. Keep rocking it Penzoil Team! Went in for my oil change at this one after the other Pennzoil i went to for years started having issues. Told the guy to use 10w30. He tried to tell me he dont care they havent even made it in years. I left and went to LubeCube where they had 10w30. I dont want someone that ignorant working on my vehicle.
