Took my car to the service department to fix a noise that was under warranty, they claim it was fixed, but nothing was done, the noise is still there. They don't even call to let you know when the car is ready for pick and when you call, they putting you on hold for hours.

They charged me $781 to change a sensor for an emissions light on the dashboard. Same day, the light is back and the problem with my car jumping when accelerating is still there. I’m afraid to go back and get charged more money.

Very unprofessional service, I’m not sure what kind of business they run but they seem to be miserable when working, the white guy with tattoo’s with long hair with green eyes is very disgusting with his mouth, I’m not sure why he even has a job. You definitely make Honda look very bad. Your a disappointment.
